I am not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to these prices. If my VAT status changes, VAT will be charged at the applicable rate (currently 20%).
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. Out-of-hours rates apply to work outside these hours, including weekends. Call-out charges cover the first hour; the hourly rate shown applies after that. Hourly rates apply where work is charged by the hour; fixed-price work will be quoted in advance.
